Reviews and Ratings
I had a great experience at the hotel. The room smelled pretty bad initially, but I got a fantastic upgrade to a suite that was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The service was absolutely brilliant, and I would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect, near supermarkets, delicious restaurants, shops, and the Medieval center. The dining experience was enjoyable, with a good variety for breakfast. However, the additional cost for certain items was a bit off-putting.
The hotel has spacious and clean rooms, although they were too hot and challenging to cool down even with the window open. The service was excellent, especially in the café area with a limited meal menu, and the staff was extremely nice and helpful for our early morning departure. The location is convenient for walking around to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops, but it could have been closer to the seafront. The dining experience was low quality with limited options and a high price, not meeting the expected standard of a 4-star hotel.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were quite spacious and warm, but the view facing three grey walls made it feel dull with limited natural light even with the curtains open; plus, having only an old blanket instead of a duvet was not the best. The service was exceptional, with very friendly and helpful staff, although their assistance was limited to their responsibilities. The location was fantastic, right by the Camino de Santiago and within easy walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and the Medieval center. The dining options were a bit poor, but the breakfast offered a variety of cold cuts, breads, pastries, and juices. Overall, a great spot for exploring the area for a night, but some room aspects could be better.
